阻旋料位開關產品原理：阻旋料位開關是一種用于固態(tài)物料（包括粉狀、粒狀、塊狀、膠狀等）的物位控制器。其利用永磁電機帶動葉片旋轉，當被檢測物料上升至葉片位置時，葉片轉動受阻，該阻力通過傳動軸傳遞到接線盒內的檢測裝置，檢測裝置則向外輸出一個開關信號，并切斷電機電源使葉片停止轉動。當物料下降時，葉片阻力消失，檢測裝置便依靠彈簧的拉力恢復到原始狀態(tài)，葉片恢復旋轉狀態(tài)。在化工、塑料、鋼鐵、電力、水泥、制藥、飼料、食品等行業(yè)得到了的應用。
